How To make
Cut the cardboard to the desired length - it's best to take a saw to use because it provides the cleanest lines.
Use your craft knife, cutting mat and cut pieces of wrapping paper on what exactly to fit the tubes.
Paste it tape on the tubes and cut down the sides neatly away in your craft.
If all the tubes ready covered, you can display them.
Let the glue dry completely before a long length of wide ribbon through the top tube and insert the two points at the top.
